Any interest earned from bank accounts.
Dividend earnings from shares.
If you own investment properties, we need to see income and expenses from these.
Any income that you have earned from side businesses.

DEDUCTION AND EXPENSES

Deductions and expenses are where you save on tax and get an amount of tax refunded.

Work-related expenses with receipts.
Motor vehicle log. or estimate of km’s travelled for work.
Proof of any charitable donations.
Insurance that you have (e.g. income protection, life insurance, private health, etc.)
Any accommodation or food-related costs from
working remotely.
Home office expenses. This is important for those who worked from home during COVID-19 lockdowns.
Any work-related education expenses.

OTHER DETAILS

We’ll need to see details of your spouse or de facto partner, any government debts you may have, and the last tax return you completed.
